Guangzhou extend CSL lead

In round 19 of the Chinese Super League, Guangzhou Evergrande smashed Qingdao Jonoon 4-0 at home to extend their lead to 11 points, Beijing Guo’an drew with Dalian Shide at Jinzhou Stadium, while Liaoning and Shandong both lost.

In round 18 of Chinese Super League Beijing Guo’an held on for a 1-1 draw against Guangzhu Evergrande at home in front of over 50,000 fans.  Meanwhile, it was not a good day for some of the stronger teams, with Liaoning, Shanghai and Hangzhou all losing their matches to relatively weak teams.
