HISTORY

Tractor Sazi Tabriz FC was established in 1970. Throughout history, they have been incosistent in remaining in Iran’s top flight league. Despite their inconsistency, Tractor fans are known to be the most passionate and die-hard supporters amongst all Iranian teams. The stadium is often filled to it’s maximum capacity on match days (75,000).

Tractor Sazi made its biggest move in the summer of 2011 by bringing in Amir Ghalenoei as their manager, a 4 time IPL winning coach. To go along with bringing such a high profile coach to their club, they also brought in a veriety of national team players such as Ehsan Hajsafi, Amir Hossein Sadeghi, Farzad Ashoubi, and Siavash Akbarpour. They also signed former Lussane-sport midfielder Rodrigo Tsoi and former Payam Mashad and Persepolis striker Shpejtim Arifi.
